Mammoth over 4th of July weekend

Headed up to Mammoth for the 4th of July and stopped by Manzanar on the way up. Manzanar was one of 10 American concentration camps during the second world war.

Skiing on 4th of July, you’ve got to look out for loose rocks and boulders wanting to crush you.

Screenland 5k

We were running the Screenland 5K again.

Darrel was kind enough to pace himself the last few hundred meters so we could cross the finish line together! My final time was 29:28, happy to keep it under 30!

Sea-dragon is retiring

The amusement park on the Santa Monica pier is replacing one of their rides and we got to see the old ride fly off in the horizon. And free donuts.
