Getting dumped on
After a few great days in Mammoth it was time to drive back to LA. It was still dumping snow and I had the privilege to drive. The windshield wipers stopped working, but we decided to keep going. As long as we could still see the yellow truck in front of us we were all good, and the snow stopped when we got down the hill 45 minutes later.

Rock n Roll 5k
We ran the Rock n Roll Los Angeles 5k. My official time was 30:11, that’s a little disappointing. 11 seconds of disappointment.
Ironman 2018, Kona, Hawaii
I flew over to Kona, HI to cheer on friends doing the Ironman. They’re nuts.
