Sunday breakfast was not included on the “confirmed menu” for the weekend, so we stopped by a Danish cafe in Santa Barbara on the way home. Who cares about egg and bacon when you can get a Sarah Bernhardt and a Budapest?

Camping Day 2
Woke up bright and early to a serious camping breakfast!
We chilled for a little bit after breakfast but drove over to Lake Cachuma to paddle kayak soon after.
After almost two hours of paddling, we were totally worth a picnic lunch!
Stupid bird had it’s eyes on our food!
Camping is not o much about camping, it’s more about eating!
Camping
I was worried about the upcoming camping trip due to my recent doctors visit, but after just one day of eating the lucky pills I came back to life!
We didn’t have any reservations for a camping site but we still wanted to go camping. Considering it was a long weekend, I was a little worried we wouldn’t get a spot and would have to return home with the tail between our legs.
But a little bit of driving around and we finally found a spot at the Los Prietos Campground.
Sickling
Still really sick so I had to take the day off work and go to the doctor!
The doctor took my blood, felt really sorry for me and gave me some lucky pills.
Eeeeh, Ok!
I have not been feeling so hot for a few days and had to work today (on a Sunday). This car was parked right behind me and the license plate kind of summed up how I feel right now.
Still weirded out over how this license plate was approved!
St Lucia @ Toyota Session
Toyota and Pandora sponsored a free show in Culver City with St Lucia. I’ve heard a few of their songs and have to say they were a lot better live than expecting.

They closed down Wilshire Blvd from LACMA to downtown LA for motor vehicles and open it up for bicycles!

It was already past noon, so we had to stop for a beer break!
There were a lot of people downtown, I wish they did this more often!
This should be standard on all bicycles!
Going for a Swim
I get to go home early from work almost every Friday. It is especially great on a beautiful day like this!
I headed over to Fandyland to jump in the pool.
Fei was all busy with her plants.
Once the plants were done she got so excited that she forgot to take her shorts off before jumping in the pool!
Mt Hollywood
Ah, doing the regular Hollywood sightseeing. Hollywood is probably my least favorite part of Los Angeles. No charm at all.
Ghosts at WWA
Martin have some paintings hanging at the WWA Gallery in Culver City for the Ghosts exhibit, we went there for the opening. By the time we got there, he had already sold most of them.
