We’ve got 3 cats, none of which that are particularly well behaved, but two of them are at least listening and know when they’re doing something that they’re not allowed to. Sid though, just does not care, he think it’s ok to hang out on the kitchen counter.

The heatwave continues and we biked down to Venice to check out the Abbot Kinney Festival.
Getting food from food trucks is the hottest thing to do in LA right now, and the Grilled Cheese Truck is one of the most popular ones. Their headquarter is right by my work so I see the truck everyday, but I had never tried it before today.
I must say I dont get what the fuzz is all about, it’s just an overpriced grilled cheese sandwich!After a cold shower and a nap, we headed down to Santa Monica last night to check out the Glow event. Everybody, let’s bring out our phones and text people!
It was my first time attending Glow, so I didnt know what to expect, all I knew was that it was gonna be a light show down at the beach.
It turned out to be pretty lame, it was very spread out and not very exciting. There were a couple of cool stations, like the lifeguard tower covered in bubbles.
The Venice Beach hippies had a station where they were doing a bunch of cool stuff with hula hoops, it was impressive.

That was basically it, a little disappointed. Headed to the pub instead.Woke up this morning with no particular plans when it hit me we had election in Sweden. I didnt vote because of many reasons, but mainly because I have no idea of what’s going on in Sweden. I also failed to inform the Swedish tax authorities about my most recent move, so I never got the document required to vote. I thought I would dedicate the day to Sweden though and scooted over to Shoop’s Delicatessen by Ocean Park, a cafe that sell northern European treats.
It’s been a while since I had Dumle, and I had almost forgotten how good they taste! I might have to go back tomorrow and buy another bag. 
I cant really have opinions of the outcome in the election since I didn’t make my voice heard when they asked for it, but I am not particularly happy with the anti immigrant party getting 5.7% of the votes. 
A little bummed out, I should probably vote in the next election.

So, we have 3 cats. They are all very different with different personalities. Whitey is the biggest, oldest, laziest and most cuddliest of the 3. Whenever I’m lounging around he just comes around and park himself on me. He is quite a big boy and rather heavy, but he is sweet, and I think I am his favorite 🙂
Instead of regular shopping baskets, they’ve got these really cool baskets on wheels that you can borrow, the color is awesome!

I bought a scooter a couple of weeks ago. Probably the best thing I’ve ever done. I love it! I named it La Poderosa – The Mighty One. Che Guevara called his motorcycle La Poderosa as well.
