Rock n Roll 5k
We ran the Rock n Roll Los Angeles 5k. My official time was 30:11, that’s a little disappointing. 11 seconds of disappointment.
Ironman 2018, Kona, Hawaii
I flew over to Kona, HI to cheer on friends doing the Ironman. They’re nuts.

We did a family trip to London. It was a lot of fun!

OC Fair
Kids wanted to got to the OC fair. Since I don’t get along with the rides, I get to stand on the side and hold everyone’s bags.
Vans
It’s always difficult to say good buy to old friends but sometimes you just have to realize it’s time to go separate ways. Time to put these in the trash.
Hollywood 5k
Had to wake up way early, but so much fun with a 5k.
It’s really cool to walk around the streets of Hollywood when there’s no traffic. I’m gonna want to do this race next year again!
Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook
Hiked the stairs today and you can see snow up in the mountains now!
