Every now and then I come home late at night and my roommates are having whiskey tasting – makes me wish I liked whiskey.

Sweden!
I made it all the way to Sweden and took the train to Katrineholm.
My mother and the kids picked me up at the train station. I was ready to start feasting on the Swedish delicatessen but the kids wanted to go to McDonalds… Yes, I traveled from America halfway around the world, and my first “meal” was at McDonalds!
But we went for ice cream after, that made me happy!
Our childhood friend has a catering business and my sister was there to help prepare the food for the wedding reception when I stopped by to surprise her!
They claimed to be working, but during the hour I was there, all they did was drinking coffee and chatting away. I did see they had prepared for the cake though… chocolate!
Rhubarb at my parents house! I wish I had rhubarb in my backyard as well.
Crayfish from the Swedish lakes for dinner, my favorite!
RubbleBucket at the Bootleg
We had tickets to see RubbleBucket at the Bootleg, and it turned out that Garbage had a “secret” gig in the back room. The Garbage show was all sold out, but I managed to sneak in and caught their last song.
I did not care too much about the RubbleBucket, so I spent most of the time in the photo booth.
