My co-worker is getting married in and my friend is a stylist. They bribed with wine and asked if they could use my place for the trial.
Back to school
I’ve been wanting to take the package design class at UCLA Extension for many years and I asked my boss if he would pay for it. He was happy to, so I’m back in school.
I feel like I might be a little over qualified for this class but its still mostly fun and inspirational.
Today however, I don’t wanna be in school, I just wanna go ski. Also, Starbucks can never get my name right.
Work
I like my office. I have the best spot in the back where I can see everything. The sun is bothering my co-worker two desks down so she always puts up an umbrella for a few minutes each day, it cracks me up. We also do Wine Thirty when someone need to find inspiration, it’s birthday week so we got bubbly today!

Fifa World Cup 2014
It’s started! So excited! I’m rooting for the USA, Chile and Mexico. Imagine Mexico making it to the final, Los Angeles is gonna be mental!

Storm!
Since my phone is still in a bag full of rice getting CPR from it’s recent suicide attempt, I am stuck with a flip phone with a not so hot camera. I still felt like I had to take a photo of this though; Los Angeles is experiencing the worst storm, or “the largest rain event” in 3 years.
Since we currently have a draught, this is warmly welcome. I am also planning a day on the mountain this weekend, so it makes me extremely happy!
What’s not so cool though is that whenever there’s a storm coming in, the studio I work for in Santa Monica get’s flooded. This time it was a little worst than usual. Apparently the rain pipes are located on the inside instead of on the outside of the building. Who does that? It doesn’t seem that smart.
A Year Older
Well, almost. Birthdays are a big deal at work. Since my birthday is on a Saturday this year and I thought I had gotten rid of all the evidence that I have an upcoming birthday, I thought I would get away with it this year. But my boss must have put it in her calendar with all sorts of alerts.

Christmas At Work
Yes, I am obsessed with X-mas. No one at work cares though. I have a white board in the office and this is all the Christmas I get.
My freelance client is a little more serious about Christmas, that makes me happy!
