My friend got a new job, and it was Friday night, so we had to celebrate with ramen.
no. 16 Mothership Wit
The world is hating me today. I wanted a good beer after a bad day at work but I got a wheat beer, and I dont like wheat beers.
New Belgium Brewing Company’s Mothership Wit from Colorado, USA
It says its Organic wheat beer brewed with spices on the label and it is probably a good wheat beer, but I dont like wheat beer, so I only give it a 1 out of 5
New Website
We launched a new product at work so I created a micro site for it. Check it out at www.anaturalpregnancy.com
no.13 Prohibition Ale
I have been looking forward to this beer, it looked like something I would like, and I love the two eyes on the neck of the bottle, its a nice touch!
Prohibition Ale from Speakeasy Ales and Lagers, California, USA.
American Amber / Red Ale
6.10% alc./vol.
Nothing I’m super impressed with, but a good 4 out of 5, and it looks cool!
no.12 Dixie Blackened Voodoo Lager
I did not think to much about todays beer, the first few sips were really good, but I got bored with it after a while and it started to taste like everything else. A cool name though!
Dixie Blackened Voodoo Lager from Dixie Brewing Company, Louisiana, USA.
It’s a Munich Dunkel Lager, 5% alc./vol.
A 3 out of 5.
The Date Farmers at Ace Gallery
We went to Ace Gallery to check out the opening night of the Date Farmers exhibition.
It was a different crowd that what we were used to at a gallery, more upscale dressed up buyers and not so many colorful fun people.
The art was mixed media and street art, but I was not very impressed. I am not a big fan of mixed media but love street art. This did not speak to me though, I want bigger and bolder statements.
