We got a new camera for work, it’s super sweet! I’m a Nikon girl but am starting to love this one!
My Diet
I love popcorn, and I am addicted to chocolate. I’ve been trying to quit chocolate but keep on failing. I found a really good 85% chocolate with sea salt today. Super smooth, might be a new favorite!
Multitasking
It’s my second week in class and I am excited about it. I am excited about what I am learning and want to go out and practice it. The class however is a lot of theory and I am not a theory kind of person. I was supposed to take notes during class, but decided to write my grandfather a letter instead.
Motorcycle Class
I decided to take a motorcycle drivers license and spent the 4th of July weekend driving a motorcycle.
Driving a motorcycle is so much fun! I passed the class and they now think I’m ready to master a motorcycle on the streets of California (after 8 hours of practice on a closed parking lot), all I have to do is pass the written test at Department of Motor Vehicles and I’ll have my license. I dont think I’m quite ready yet though and will buy a scooter first that I can practice on and get a real motorcycle when I hit my 1/3 life crisis. Graduation
I had my last class in the winter quarter, but the graduation ceremony for UCLA Extension was last night. I got my certificate in Advanced Print and Design Communication Arts, the ceremony was in Royce Hall at the UCLA campus.
I could attend the reception but had to run off for a project management class and had my friend W stand in for me during the ceremony. I think she looks kind of like me. Clever Little Fox was also graduating. 
I met up with everyone again for late dinner and drinks at Napa Grille after my class. I’ve lived in Los Angeles for over 4 years now, but I am living in my own little world and never pay attention on whats going on around me so I never see celebrities unless someone point them out for me. My friends spotted Danny De Vito coming into the restaurant.
Back at the Bowl
I went back to Hollywood Bowl again last night to hang out with friends and watch Buena Vista Social Club and Goldfrapp.
It was not as crowded as yesterday but still as much fun!
Abba Night at Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl is pretty awesome, they have all sorts of different concerts and events throughout the summer. You can get cheap seats far back and you can bring a picnic. It’s kind of like Norrvikens Tradgardar in Bastad (for those of you who know what it is) but it’s in the US so it’s off course a lot bigger.
Last night was Abba fest, we did not quite know what to expect, but were really excited for it.
It turned out it was a big Abba fest with the OC Gay Choir warming up with Abbas big hits. Their singing and synchronized dancing was both pretty bad, but it was a laugh and you cant really go wrong with Abba songs.
The main act was an Abba cover band from Sweden. I thought they did a god job, the drummer toured with the real Abba back in the days and the guy on saxophone was the original guy who played on all their albums.
All Things on June 21st
June 21st was the last night I had with Olga, my car, before I returned her to the dealership. We took a trip up the coast to honer her.
I love this car and I have been going back and forth if I should keep it or not. It’s been a great 3 years, but I am off to new adventures!

Art On Trees
What would you do if you got a note that all the trees on your block will be removed due to a disease?
Well, this is what we would do… show up with paint and beers so they can go to tree heaven all nice and decorated!
